1. What we collect
Name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, quiz answers, and the details you provide for a decode — such as birth date, birth time, birth place, property address, layout images and main door degree readings. We also collect standard website analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location) and payment confirmations from Stripe.
2. Why we use it
To prepare and deliver your report or consultation, to email or message your results, to process payments, to answer your questions, and — where you have not opted out — to send occasional guidance and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who processes your data
We use trusted processors: Stripe (payments), our secure cloud database and file storage (form submissions, uploaded layouts), email and automation services for delivering results and notifications, Calendly (consultation scheduling), and Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (website measurement and advertising). We never sell your personal data.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core pages will still work.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled cloud services. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and support, and consultation material for as long as needed to serve you.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion. Email spujahgrow@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting consultation data may mean we can no longer re-issue a past report.
7. Children
Our services are for adults. Where a decode concerns a child, it is requested and consented to by a parent or guardian.
