1. Who we are
This website is operated by Dr S Pujah ("we", "us"), providing Vastu, Astrology, Numerology and Astrocartography decodes, written reports and private consultations to clients worldwide. Contact: spujahgrow@gmail.com · WhatsApp +971 58 556 5111.
2. Services
We offer free guides and quizzes, paid written decode reports (typically delivered within 48 hours of receiving all required information), premium packages that include a private consultation, and VIP packages that include extended implementation support. Delivery times start once you have submitted every detail we request (for example property layout, main door degree, birth details).
3. Payment
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Any other currency shown on the site is an approximate conversion for guidance only. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your booking link and report work begin only after successful payment.
4. Bookings and rescheduling
Consultation slots are booked after payment using the scheduling link we provide. You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice are treated as delivered.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information. Reports are prepared from what you supply; inaccurate birth details, addresses, layouts or degree readings will affect the result, and re-work due to incorrect information may be chargeable.
6. Nature of the guidance
Our services are guidance based on traditional Vastu, Astrology and Numerology systems. They are not medical, legal, financial or investment advice, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Decisions you take remain your own responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
All reports, guides, ebooks, videos and site content remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be resold, republished or shared publicly without written permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.
